Micro-market benefits
What changes when the machines come out.
A micro-market costs you nothing to install, and it changes more than the product list. Here is what a well stocked room actually does for a Valley workplace.

What you get
A place to recharge, without paying to build it.
Open shelves and glass coolers give people something to walk to, and the format is customizable in a way a machine is not. Build it around a wellness program, around an incentive, or around nothing more than wanting the room to be decent.
- Hundreds of product choices, with room for more than one flavor of each.
- Healthy options that will not physically fit in a vending machine.
- Custom fixtures and coolers rather than a standard unit dropped in place.
- Sales reported back to our warehouse, so stock does not run out.

Before you ask
Questions worth asking
Will our people actually use it?
That depends mostly on whether it stays stocked with what they want. Sales data from the kiosk tells us what is moving, and the product list changes to match. The first month is usually wrong and corrects quickly.
What does it cost us?
Nothing to install. Cabinetry, coolers and the kiosk are ours. From there the market can pay for itself through sales, or you can subsidize part of it if you want it to read as a benefit.
Is a micro-market right for every site?
No. A market needs enough people on site through the day to keep fresh food turning over, and a half-empty market looks worse than no market. Where a site is too small we would recommend vending or a cooler instead and say why.
How often is it serviced?
Service frequency is built around your traffic rather than a fixed calendar, and restocking follows what actually sold. Fresh items are rotated ahead of their dates on every visit.
